  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship most orders internationally! Please be aware that depending on your country, customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions or specific instructions about customs, feel free to leave a message at checkout or get in touch with us directly.
  • How much is shipping?
    Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over £40 (UK) or £65 (International)! For added peace of mind, you can upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout. Standard shipping without tracking starts at £2 within the UK and £6.50 for international orders. If you prefer tracked shipping, it begins at £3.70 within the UK and £12 for international deliveries.
  • Is standard shipping safe?
    Standard shipping does not include tracking, so once the package is sent, I won't be able to monitor its whereabouts. However, I can provide proof of posting. Many customers opt for standard shipping as it is more cost-effective and usually arrives safely. Nonetheless, I recommend choosing tracked shipping for high-value orders or if you reside in a region with an unreliable postal system. Please note that selecting standard shipping is at your own risk. If the package goes missing, I can file a lost package report and resend the item once Royal Mail responds, but please be aware that there are no guarantees.
  • How long will shipping times take?
    Delivery times can vary significantly based on the postal system and current global conditions. Generally, UK orders are delivered within 1-3 days from dispatch, while international orders may take 1-3 weeks. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks for UK deliveries or 6 weeks for international deliveries, please reach out to me.
  • I did not get an order confirmation or dispatch email?
    Emails from my shop often end up in the spam folder, so please check there first. If you can't find the email, feel free to reach out to me. I can look up your order and resend the email if needed.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    I try to avoid cancelling orders, as the transaction fee isn't refundable on this platform. Therefore, please ensure you're certain about your purchase before completing the checkout process. However, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, it can be cancelled. Just contact me as soon as you can. If you don't receive a confirmation from me within 24 hours, please reach out again or send me a direct message on Instagram.
  • Can I return my order?
    Yes, you can return items, but they will need to be in their original condition and you'll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part, such as receiving the wrong item.
  • An item I want is sold out, will it come back?
    Since restock availability varies by item, please reach out if you’re interested in restocking a specific product. Occasionally, I may have the item in stock but haven't updated the listing yet.
  • I ordered a preorder, when will it be sent out?
    For an estimated completion date, please refer to the description on the pre-order listing page. Keep in mind that any orders including a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. For example, if you order three in-stock pins and one pre-order pin, all four items will be dispatched simultaneously when the pre-order item is available.
  • Are you on Etsy/other retail sites?
    You can find my products on Etsy here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ItsMakiMoon. Currently, I do not sell on eBay, AliExpress, Depop, Mercari, or other similar platforms. Although I don’t have any physical stores, I do participate as a vendor at various comic conventions across the UK.
